We are a real estate video home tour company that produces video Pods enabling your clients 24 hour access for viewing over the internet on our Streamcorp.net web site or on DVD. Our staff has well over 20 years of experience in film and television production and coordination with credits including, ABC, Warner Brothers, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and Nickelodeon.

Based around a full service production company, Streamcorp.net will guide you through scripting, shooting, editing, outputting and uploading of your video. We work closely with clients to ensure attention is paid to the specific needs of agents and sellers of market ready properties

Q. How long will it take to produce a video Pod?

A. Approximately 10 days. We allot 4 days for scripting, 2 days to record and edit Voice Over, 1 day to shoot property location, 2 days to edit, output and upload video Pod.

Q. What is included in the service?

A. Scripting, Voice Over recording/editing, Video shoot/editing, compression for web use, 1 - DVD copy, 1 - copy of web file, 6 months hosting on the Streamcorp.net web site with agent contact and listing information, link code for use on agent/sellers real estate site.

Q. Why do you use WMV as a delivery format?

A. The majority of computer users out there are using PC machines and in order to reach the most possible users we have chosen to deliver in the WMV format for the time being. We are however looking for newer streaming technologies to offer better quality and better service to our end users.

Q. What type of payments do you accept?
