tips to prep your shoot

- For the best results it's best to have the location in Market Ready
condition prior to the shoot.

Interior:

- We recommend that all lights and fans are on during filming and
that window shades be closed with the slats open in horizontal
position. Our videographer will make sure to turn unused lighting
off after shooting that area of the location.
- Kitchens should have all perishables, utensils and daily
accouterments stored out of sight. Decretive items can be left in
place provided they enhance the shot.
- Bedrooms should be organized and uncluttered.

Exterior:

- All vehicles should be garaged or parked out of sight from the
property to allow for master establishing shot.
- Grounds should be clean cut and water timers should be turned off on the day of the shoot.
- Please remove all pool cleaning equipment and supplies prior to
shoot. Removing items during a shoot such as pool vac and hose may ruin a shot due to water spillage.

Tips to Prepare Your Script

Most agents are already scripting in some form due to the nature of
describing a listings best attributes for their clients. During
the first stage of the scripting process we ask that agents/sellers
deliver at least one page of descriptive language that points out
the most important features of the property. The length of a script
will depend on the size of the property and for large homes just
sticking to the basics is enough to fill a videos voice over track
but we like to include well established brand names, unique/custom
features, specific types of material used, etc.

Once we receive the descriptive language submission our writers will begin the 3 draft process:

Step One - Producing a 1st draft. Once the 1st draft is
completed it is sent to you for your review. This is an
important stage where the direction is established and focal points
are flushed out. Be sure to express all of your client needs
during this stage.

Step Two - Second draft. New ideas are not welcome during
this stage. This is where we tighten and consolidate a
scripts direction from the 1st draft for timing.

Step Three - The final draft. This draft is where we
finialize the script for the Voice Over recording and submit
for final approval.
